About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Management Professional to join our team at R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, with a focus on airline and aviation facilities.

Compensation Package: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Oversee the planning, design, implementation, cost control, quality functions, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including station managers and user groups.
  • Travel may be required for project-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Strong problem-solving and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
