This position reports to

Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will have the chance to oversee the execution of medium-scale projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are conducted in compliance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and objectives. You will also demonstrate your expertise by guiding project team members to fulfill project requirements, deliver agreed-upon outputs, and achieve the expected project outcomes. The work model for this role is hybrid (Li-Hybrid). You will primarily be responsible for:
• Leading the project team, defining the project execution strategy, and supervising planning, monitoring, and control activities for both internal and external resources to meet all project objectives.
• Monitoring and managing project progress, optimizing resource utilization, and overseeing project financials.
• Identifying, assessing, quantifying, and managing project risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are recognized and pursued.
• Facilitating the formal acceptance of the project, contract closure, and acknowledgment by the client, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role
  • Degree and 12 years of experience in project or program management (preferred), or no degree and 14+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with OEMs in the electrical industry/power distribution sector preferred
  • PMP certification is preferred
