The Lead Logistics Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting the logistics team by offering insights and addressing shipping, visibility, and cost-related challenges for vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders. This position is essential in ensuring that product distribution aligns with customer expectations while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices accurately
  • Monitoring and tracing shipments through FedEx and other service providers
  • Keeping detailed shipping logs and communicating updates with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Coordinating freight carrier pickups and managing delivery timelines
  • Organizing daily outbound shipments in accordance with established guidelines
  • Preparing all necessary documentation for both domestic and international shipments
  • Assisting in loading trucks and ensuring the secure transport of goods

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in global logistics for air, ocean, and trucking
  • Preferred experience in the computer hardware sector
  • Understanding of Incoterms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Vlookups and Power Pivot is advantageous
