Key Responsibilities:- Prioritize workloads to ensure timely contact with patients and insurance companies
- Determine insurance provider network status and obtain pre-authorization as needed
- Make outgoing calls to insurance companies for pre-certification and authorization
- Accurately document patient and insurance information in our computer system
- Maintain positive interactions with referring offices, patients, and staff
- Back up front desk reception and scheduling area as needed
- Complete payor-related information, including payor, payor class, and date of appointment
- Obtain workers compensation approvals from insurance companies prior to scheduled exams
- Support medical necessity by obtaining signs and symptoms
This is a full-time position with corporate working hours, Monday through Friday. After completing onsite training, the position will transition to a fully remote work arrangement.
