We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Culver's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift Management: Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service.
  • Team Development: Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high-performing team.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrates passion and leadership, with a genuine smile and positive personality.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Restaurant Experience: Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
