Education & Experience:
A high school diploma or GED is required. Customer-facing experience is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:
Attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to learn about pest control practices are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working independently after a training period.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position starts at $21.83 per hour. Additional compensation may be available based on performance, including overtime, incentives, and commission opportunities. Total annual earnings can vary based on individual performance and assigned responsibilities.
