Your Role:
We're seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, guiding them through their vehicle purchase, and creating a memorable experience that turns customers into lifelong clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
- Sales Lead Management: Manage sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions about available stock and product performance.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories by attending product training courses.
- Customer Database: Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Professional Demeanor: Possess a professional demeanor and use effective communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Be Internet savvy, have good computer skills, and excellent organizational skills to manage sales leads and keep website data up-to-date.
- Follow-up Skills: Demonstrate excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $66,000 - $156,000 per year, depending on experience.
