  • Assisting with regulatory filings.
  • Conducting comprehensive legal research.
  • Coordinating closing processes and managing post-closing projects.
  • Providing assistance on various projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm or a Fortune 1000 corporate legal department.
  • A four-year degree from an accredited institution is mandatory. A graduate degree, such as a JD, is advantageous but not required.
