Consignment Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:
This is a full-time position working more than 50% of the time at the customer location. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. You will work closely with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and proactively generate sales by promoting Motion Industries' products to existing customers.
Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Interact with customers to obtain and fulfill orders correctly.
* Work with suppliers to obtain pricing for items and identify correct parts.
* Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Proactively generate sales by promoting Motion Industries' products to existing customers.
* Expedites backorders and handles customer returns.
Requirements:
* Typically requires a high school diploma or GED.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
* Ability to multi-task and time management skills required.
* Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally via email, using business systems and searching capabilities to find products on the internet.
* Good driving record required.
* Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
