Respiratory Practitioner II Role

At Sky Ridge Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Respiratory Practitioner II to join our team in Lone Tree, Colorado. This role is a key part of our respiratory care team, providing high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure, to inform respiratory care plans.
  • Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy, to meet patient needs.
  • Initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective respiratory care plans.
Requirements
  • NBRC accredited RRT credential or CRT if grandfathered in.
  • Current Colorado Respiratory License.
  • Graduate of AMA-accredited Respiratory Therapist Program.
