Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Early Childhood Educator to become part of our team. You will be responsible for guiding a classroom of young learners throughout the academic year, evaluating their current learning levels, and tailoring instruction to address both collective and individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational curriculum
  • Instruct foundational reading and mathematics skills
  • Support children in enhancing their social and emotional competencies
  • Utilize diverse instructional strategies and learning methodologies
  • Engage in effective communication with parents and educational staff
  • Evaluate students' skills and progress to ensure they are achieving developmental milestones
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and state teaching certification
  • Associate Degree in Education
  • Strong grasp of child development principles and effective educational practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in the classroom
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
