At Phoenix Ranch, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team of educators. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:
