Project Highlights:

  • Responsibilities include cable installation, system testing, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Ensure job site cleanliness and compliance with security measures
  • Regional travel may be necessary

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of termination color codes
  • Experience in construction or military settings
  • Prior involvement in commercial cabling or fiber optics
  • Familiarity with data center operations and labor tasks
  • Possession of basic tools and safety equipment

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Positive demeanor and strong work ethic are essential
  • Genuine interest in personal and company growth
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
  • OSHA 10 certification required prior to employment

Available Roles:

  • Entry Level/Technician with 1 year of experience: $18-20 per hour
  • Technician with 2+ years of experience, knowledgeable in color codes and terminations: $20-23 per hour
  • Technician with 3+ years of experience in low voltage systems: $23-25 per hour
