Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze product specifications (e.g., features, performance, compliance standards)
  • Examine raw materials and equipment to detect defects and operational failures
  • Oversee all phases of production to ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Perform quality assessments on components and finished products
  • Create testing environments and scenarios for all mechanical and electrical systems
  • Evaluate test outcomes, identify problems, and trace root causes
  • Recommend solutions and enhancements
  • Document technical challenges and resolutions
  • Develop automated testing frameworks for routine evaluations
  • Ensure our products and processes comply with industry regulations (e.g., ISO)

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a comparable position
  • Familiarity with diverse testing methodologies
  • Practical experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Understanding of quality standards and compliance regulations
  • Experience in a PLC software environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Additional certification in Quality Assurance is advantageous
