Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to assist our clients with billing inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with policy reviews and ensure they have the appropriate coverage.
  • Discuss and educate clients on various insurance options.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify and uncover new sales opportunities through cross-selling.
  • Assist clients in filing claims and guide them through the claims process.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of their policies.
Requirements

  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
