About This Role

As a CWM Ayco Personal Financial Management Advisor, Vice President, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of personal finance and achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop advanced tax planning strategies and prepare comprehensive tax returns to assist clients in minimizing their tax liabilities.
  2. Review and analyze complex income tax returns to identify areas for improvement and optimize tax savings.
  3. Proactively manage client workflow and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
  4. Lead and manage a team of financial planning professionals to achieve business objectives.
  5. Identify and address client issues and concerns, providing expert advice and guidance to resolve complex financial challenges.
  6. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Ayco's services to clients and prospects, highlighting the benefits of our comprehensive financial planning approach.
  7. Prepare and present financial exhibits and analyses to clients, including non-standard exhibits, to support informed decision-making.
  8. Stay up-to-date on technical and regulatory issues, providing expert guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
  9. Collaborate with other business units to research and resolve client questions and issues.
  10. Formulate investment advice for clients, leveraging resources and expertise to meet their unique needs.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay current on industry developments and best practices.
  12. Adhere to all policies and procedures, including quality, client service, information security, and compliance.
Qualifications
  1. Hold a substantial completion of an MBA, JD, Masters of Tax, MS Accounting, CPA, CFA, or CFP degree.
  2. Complete required modules of the Account Manager Practical Skills Training program.
  3. Obtain required licensing and registrations, such as securities, advisory, tax, or insurance.
  4. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently on a consistent basis.
  5. Exemplify good corporate citizenship and demonstrate a high level of integrity and business ethic.
  6. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and continuous progression in technical and practical knowledge.
  7. Demonstrate the ability to think like an Account Manager, as indicated through interaction with clients, the Account Manager(s), Senior Vice President, and Financial Planning Development Associate, as well as participation in training.
  8. Continued leadership in the region.
  9. Comprehensive understanding of all commercial, Ayco-created, and GS Desktop computer applications and software.
  10. Comprehensive understanding of all services and products Ayco offers to clients.
