Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at AtWork Personnel Services of Seattle and Tacoma. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of aircraft interiors by inspecting materials, processes, and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming products to ensure proper paperwork and conformance to specifications.
  • Perform in-process inspections of parts being manufactured.
  • Interpret and read engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate part manufacturing.
  • Reject and control non-conforming product.
  • Verify rework is correctly performed.
  • Perform mechanical and physical tests with lab equipment.
  • Work with engineers, supervisors, and production personnel to ensure measuring and testing equipment meets calibration standards.
  • Perform process audits as needed.
  • Participate in operational improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant work history in manufacturing.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug testing.
  • Proficient English language skills.
  • Legible handwriting and printing.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
  • Reading engineering drawings and specifications is preferred.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
