Immigration Attorney Opportunity
">We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team at Avagyan Law Firm. As a member of our dynamic and rapidly growing law firm, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality immigration solutions to our clients.

Your Responsibilities

- Represent immigrants before various government agencies, including the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and California state courts.">
- Manage removal defense cases in Immigration Court, ensuring timely and effective resolution for your clients.">
- Prepare and litigate applications for relief from removal, such as asylum, withholding of removal, and Convention Against Torture claims.">
- Represent clients in family-based immigration matters, including U-Visas, N-400 applications, VAWA protection, adjustment of status, and I-601A and I-212 waivers.">
- Conduct thorough legal research to support your cases and ensure optimal outcomes.">
- Collaborate with administrative staff to update on client meetings and case strategy, providing valuable leadership and guidance.">
- Evaluate options, determine the best course of action, and counsel clients on achieving favorable outcomes.">
- Analyze client needs, propose solutions, and strategize cases to achieve the most effective results.">
What We're Looking For
">To excel in this role, you will require:

- A Juris Doctorate degree and active bar license in any state.">
- 3-4 years of experience working on a combination of VAWA, U, T, Naturalization, Removal Defense, and Family-Based cases.">
- Fluency in English and Russian is strongly preferred.">
- A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, active insurance policy, or the ability to travel frequently to attend hearings and interviews.">
Compensation Package
">The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $150,000-$180,000 per annum, reflecting the firm's commitment to rewarding talented professionals.
