About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Customer Care Representative to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned communities, promoting positive working relationships with customers and trade partners, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Trade Partner Coordination: Collaborate with trade partners to ensure seamless execution of warranty work, managing schedules and communication to meet customer expectations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, warranty work, and trade partner activities, providing regular reports to management as required.
  • Community Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of community features, amenities, and services, providing expert advice to customers and trade partners.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the homebuilding industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office products, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
