Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager IV to lead our risk management efforts in consumer onboarding and profile management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk-related work and experience designing and building risk management platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive risk management strategy to mitigate synthetic fraud and ensure positive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and decision scientists, to bring new features to our customers.
  • Model and systematize data-driven decision-making to drive transparency and focus on outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and risk-related work.
  • Experience designing and building risk management platforms that balance loss prevention and user experience.
  • Strong knowledge of systems, processes, tools, and operational procedures related to risk management.
  • Ability to make sound risk and customer experience decisions in the absence of data.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex information to various audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in payments and fintech, particularly in risk management.
  • Knowledge of data structures, analytics, and AI/ML models for risk management.
