Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN-Endoscopy Specialist to join our team at Medamorph LLC. As a key member of our Ambulatory Surgery Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and review patient health information, identifying relevant needs and communicating with physicians and colleagues.
  • Perform and coordinate patient prep activities, ensuring patients are ready for procedures.
  • Monitor patient recovery, identifying abnormal situations and reporting to physicians.
  • Provide safe delivery of medications and reconcile usage, following facility policies.
  • Assist doctors in procedures, ensuring smooth processes and excellent patient care.
  • Provide education to patients and families, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient care.
  • Participate in staff meetings, contributing to department goals and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure center optimization and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Active RN License (GI experience preferred)
  • RN degree (2 or 4 year)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • High-level teamwork and communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, with knowledge of medical software (Intergy preferred)
Work Environment

Work is performed in an office environment, requiring the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances. Substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers are required. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
