Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, with starting rates ranging from $16 to $20.17 per hour based on experience. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for a $1,500 retention bonus. Your Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be an essential member of our team, providing quality care to our residents and developing specialized skills that can be transferred to various healthcare settings. Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you should be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current Virginia license. Experience or education in Gerontological Nursing is preferred, as is computer knowledge. You must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds, and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment where risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens and hazardous materials may occur.
