Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure mechanical integrity and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with facilities engineers to develop and implement maintenance procedures and checklists.
  • Provide coverage for other technicians during absences and train entry-level candidates.
  • Perform non-routine tasks to support business needs, including ordering parts and recommending spares to prevent downtime.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician, including HVAC Service Technician duties.
  • Universal CFC Certification is required.
  • Understanding and experience in building maintenance, HVAC, electrical diagnosing, and maintenance services.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Access, and MP-2.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
