About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at TI Communities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall satisfaction and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks related to apartment occupancy, building maintenance, move-ins, move-outs, unit turns, work orders, HVAC repair, plumbing, drywall, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Complete work orders on a timely basis and perform preventative maintenance to ensure the community remains in excellent condition.
  • Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.
  • Participate in all community maintenance duties, including preventative maintenance, service request completion, and groundskeeping.
  • Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and reporting follow-up.
Requirements
  • Experience using equipment, supplies, and materials used in the maintenance field.
  • Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds.
  • Attention to safety and ability to comply with all MSDA Sheets.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
