About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Mental Health Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness in a residential treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the direct care team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • 1 out of 3 criteria: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, 3 years of behavioral health experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
