Construction Management Representative

Location: Barrier Island

Duration: 375 calendar days

Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Project Overview:

Responsible for the construction of cabins, shower facilities, a pavilion, visitor information center, operational area, access road, and treatment facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical guidance and support throughout the construction process
  • Participate in meetings and document any arising issues
  • Evaluate contractor schedules and inspection documentation
  • Prepare project-related correspondence and assist in addressing RFIs

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Degree in Construction Management is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Management
  • Completion of OSHA 30-hour construction safety training
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and cost estimation
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in relevant software applications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
