This team specializes in software and control programming for various building systems, including Air Handling Units (AHU), Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, chillers, water treatment facilities, and data center operations.

We provide our expertise to clients in diverse sectors such as commercial office spaces, airports, pharmaceutical facilities, university campuses, and healthcare institutions throughout the New York City and New Jersey regions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop control programming for Building Automation Systems (BAS) utilizing Function Block/Script and Graphics (User Interface).
  • Design user-friendly graphical interfaces for BAS applications.
  • Conduct site visits for system checkout, commissioning, and programming tasks.
  • Adhere to established protocols and procedures for software development, communication, and documentation.
  • Analyze project specifications and create controller code to execute the defined operational sequences.
  • Collaborate with project teams and contractors to ensure successful system commissioning.
  • Provide training as needed, either on-site or from our office.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and field engineers, offering guidance and updates to project managers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in control programming.
  • Preferred certification in EcoStruxure Building Operations.
  • Familiarity with BACnet and Modbus protocols is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC mechanical systems.
  • Proficient in programming, software design, documentation, debugging, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role involves client interaction.
