About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team at ARS-Rescue Rooter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise in plumbing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings
  • Provide clear explanations of solutions to customers and obtain agreement before performing work
  • Clean drains using cable or high-pressure water jetting
  • Perform pipe inspections using cameras
  • Unclog sewers, sinks, tubs, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
  • Maintain and fuel company vehicles, stock service trucks with parts, and perform routine machinery maintenance
  • Transport materials and tools to job sites and maintain accurate records
  • Complete required documentation and collect fees from customers
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One or more years of plumbing experience
  • Experience in drain cleaning, residential service repair, and water heater repair and replacement
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Valid driver's license
