Job Overview

Position Summary: The Food Service Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests by efficiently managing food and beverage orders. The Food Service Associate may also assist in various operational areas as required. This role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors, clients, and team members.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and display food items with a focus on cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Greet guests courteously, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage the POS system, handling payments and providing change as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the concession area.
  • Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Prepare and package food items, ensuring they are served fresh and at the right temperature.
  • Maintain health and safety standards by ensuring sanitary operations.
  • Regularly clean and manage waste in compliance with health regulations.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints professionally to enhance service quality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Type: Hourly / Non-Exempt

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests in a respectful manner.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
  • Ability to manage cash responsibly and accurately.
  • Flexible and dependable team player.
  • Capability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Physical Requirements:
