Radiology Technician-Imaging-Full Time Evenings-Temecula Valley Hospital

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiology Technician to join our team at Temecula Valley Hospital. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for operating diagnostic radiology equipment, performing diagnostic radiology procedures, and assisting the Radiologist during procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Operate diagnostic radiology equipment, including fluoroscopy rooms, portable, and DR rooms
- Perform diagnostic radiology procedures associated with each type of equipment
- Assist the Radiologist during procedures by preparing the room, tray, and supplies, and anticipating the needs of the physician, nursing staff, and patients
- Operate either CT or MR equipment, analyze body habitus to correctly adjust technical factors, position the body correctly, review physicians' written orders or obtain pertinent clinical data to consistently produce high-quality images
- Perform other related duties as requested by the Imaging Manager/Lead or Director, including but not limited to stocking rooms, maintaining a clean work area, transporting patients, etc.
- Minimum one year experience as a registered Radiology Technologist in an acute care facility preferred
- Diploma from a certified school of radiology technology
- Current California Radiology Technologist (CRT) with fluoroscopy licensure required
- Current American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license required
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required
