Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team at Temecula Valley Hospital. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for anticipating instrumentation and equipment for a wide range of procedures, selecting appropriate instrumentation and supplies, and ensuring a sterile environment is set up and organized prior to patient arrival.

Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and prepare instrumentation and equipment for procedures
  • Select appropriate instrumentation and supplies consistent with Radiologist/Cardiologist preference
  • Ensure sterile environment is set up and organized prior to patient arrival
  • Assist in transportation and positioning of patients
  • Use radiologic equipment and extensive knowledge in the use of an auto injector
  • Competent at table side scrub in with a Cardiologist on various cath lab procedures
  • Understand the use of an IVUS machine
Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience as a registered Radiology Technologist in an acute care facility
  • Interventional Neurology and/or EP experience strongly preferred
  • Graduate from a certified school of Radiologic Technology
  • Active California Radiology Technologist (CRT) license along with fluoro license and active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license required
  • BLS, ACLS from AHA required
