Fine Dining Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fine Dining Server to join our team at Culinaire International. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guests with a quality dining experience in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner
  • Properly greet customers when arriving to present with menu and immediate beverage orders
  • Work as a team with other servers to safely and efficiently set up and break down buffets or other special food service tables and equipment
  • Perform wait and service standards within specific time frames
  • Full knowledge of all menu items
  • Assist guests as needed to ensure a pleasurable and memorable dining experience for repeat business
  • Address and attend to customers' concerns, issues, or questions immediately, or immediately involve the manager on duty
  • Efficiently complete prep and side work to maintain an orderly and clean station during events
Requirements:
  • MUST have a minimum of 1-year experience within the last 3 years in sit-down fine dining or upscale restaurant service
  • Must have a thorough understanding of upscale banquet service and the required steps of service
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs when needed
  • Attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining a sanitary environment
  • Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle cleaning duties
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have a pressed black or white button-down shirt, black tie and vest, black slacks, black shoes and socks
