Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our discerning clientele.

Responsibilities
  • Set-up and Maintenance: Perform dining room set-up, running side work, and closing duties to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain accurate knowledge of our menu, including allergens, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Service Standards: Serve guests according to established steps in service and scripts, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience.
  • Table Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas.
  • Cash Handling: Compute guest checks and operate the P.O.S. computerized cash register system when accepting payments.
  • Tip Declaration: Lawfully declare tips according to our tip declaration procedure.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in the dining room and service areas.
  • Alcohol Certification: Pass the state alcohol certification examination.
  • Performance Standards: Perform job functions in accordance with established performance standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' previous hospitality experience, with a proven history of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of bar and restaurant service, as well as basic computer usage skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 9 hours, carry and lift small and large trays up to forty (40) pounds, and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Language: Command of the English language.
