We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Buddy V's Restaurant in Las Vegas. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, managing a diverse team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our award-winning team to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of restaurant professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in restaurant management

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Fine dining experience required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Food handler's certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
