Job Description

**Job Summary**

The HRC Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager in leading the deployment of High Radius within BD. The project scope consists of enabling Finance credit and collections functionality in High Radius.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a finance product high radius collection and facilitate organizational adaptation.
  • Liaison with stakeholders such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Vendors, and End-users regarding project requirements.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage project milestones to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and scope of project.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to the BD's project management life cycle guidelines.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of the project including scope, critical success factors, deliverables, work breakdown structure, project schedule, budget, quality, resource plan, stakeholder management, and communications.
  • Manage scope change requests and coordinate with the Project Owner for further action.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
  • Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
  • Report and escalate risks to the management, as needed.
  • Prepare project status reports in coordination with the other PMO members.

Core Competencies, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Program Management Concepts
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in establishing and driving IT projects related to the finance function.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and human resources processes.
  • Has practical knowledge of the core Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) concepts and principles (e.g., agile, work breakdown structure, waterfall planning).
  • Demonstrated experience in driving projects from initiation through closure.
  • Skilled in establishing detailed scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project tools (MS Project/SharePoint/etc.).
  • Experienced establishing Stakeholder management plans, Risk/issue management plans, Vendor management plans and Quality plans.
  • Experienced establishing and following controls to manage scope change and reporting project schedule/budget performance.
  • Proactive in surfacing risks and issues. Ability to engage project team and stakeholder community to resolve issues and define risk mitigations.

Qualifications

  • Must haves
  • 10+ years of project management work experience using PMBOK guidelines.
  • 5+ years experience focused on finance tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Project, SharePoint.
  • Preferred
  • BS in business administration or project management with 6 years working in a global manufacturing company in FDA regulated environment.
  • ACP, SCRUM Certification, PMP, PgMP, Prince II, or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing large scale transformation projects.
  • Working knowledge of High Radius Collections.
