Sales Team Leader for Residential Connectivity

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for sales and team development? We're looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in Janesville, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising a geographically assigned sales team that sells best-in-class services to residential customers.

Job Summary

As a Sales Team Leader, you will:

  • Actively support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff.
  • Sponsor clear expectations and hold employees accountable when expectations are not met.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop skills in others, lead by example, and contribute to the growth of our team. With a strong focus on sales process coaching, you'll work closely with other departments and support teams to achieve goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of a geographically assigned sales team.
  • Manage territory assignments to Residential Connectivity Sales Specialists.
  • Monitor payroll process and ensure timely commission payments.
  • Handle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals and coaching.
  • Ensure team completes administrative tasks related to sales activities.

In addition to your leadership skills, you should possess:

  • Able to read, write, speak and understand English Language.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Possess strong technical and computer skills.
  • A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record within Company required standards.
  • Able to complete documentation accurately.

This role is expected to earn an estimated salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
