Financial Analyst Job Description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support a Contract assignment with a premier SaaS client in San Jose, CA or Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial business cases and scenario analysis to support the Channel RTM, ensuring financial rigor when exploring opportunities for Adobe.
  • Collaborate with business owners to build long-term financial models and drive strategic financial planning for Adobe's continued growth.
  • Be the team champion and point of contact for finance-related system implementations and drive financial treatment for new offerings.
  • Provide weekly financial forecasts and actively address risks and opportunities within DME.
  • Own bi-weekly OL and quarter-end financial reporting, providing insights into financial performance.
  • Work with key business leaders to identify and track key metrics for business performance.
Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years of relevant finance experience, with a focus on creating and maintaining financial models for subscription/SaaS businesses.
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in relational databases, data manipulation, and data visualization.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence decision making across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset, able to drive new ways of thinking across the organization.
