Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site checks and road observations to ensure compliance with client and local policies.
  • Document findings and provide reports to project staff.
  • Monitor street operations for on-time performance and schedule adherence.
  • Provide customer information and assist with emergency situations.
  • Accompany operators to medical facilities as needed and ensure proper administration of post-accident testing.
  • Fill vacant shifts to ensure full service delivery.
  • Conduct gate checks and ensure proper completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Identify potential rerouting required due to traffic, construction, or accidents.
  • Ensure operators are fit for duty and meet uniform and equipment standards.
  • Assist with vehicle change outs and provide feedback to safety and operations departments.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications according to local contract requirements.
  • Previous passenger transportation experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent safety and service record.
  • Knowledge of local training programs and operations.
  • Ability to manage emergency situations and communicate effectively.
