About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our Architecture and Engineering department, you will be responsible for managing the administration of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination and management of all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and Procore skills to track projects, download files, prepare financial reports, and maintain project databases.
  • Review and process construction documents, contracts, and change orders.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with construction project standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar is a plus.
