Position Overview:
This role involves safely executing assembly and/or repair tasks for the manufacturing of track loaders and tele-handlers within a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disassemble and/or repair components as required
  • Interpret assembly diagrams and specifications
  • Conduct setups based on part prints and job specifications

  • Document data and maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools
  • Provide guidance and support to fellow team members
  • Transport and position units/loads as needed
  • Maintain a tidy work area and perform additional related duties
  • Responsibilities may vary based on specific tasks.

Tools and Equipment:

This position may involve the use of hand or power tools, testing equipment, gauges, grinders, riveters, arbor presses, hoists, hand and power trucks, dynamometers, tachometers, runoff machines, prints, fixtures, jigs, templates, clamps, and various other hand tools.


Qualifications:
Candidates should be adaptable and willing to assist in various areas as required. Proactive in suggesting and implementing enhancements. Diligent in following up on details and seeking productive tasks upon completion of assignments.

Engagement in continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes is essential to enhance customer satisfaction and overall profitability.


Equipment Requirements:
Necessary items include tools, safety shoes, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and other personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This role involves repetitive tasks, physical exertion, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, prolonged standing, and regular lifting of heavy items.


Essential Skills:
Ability to perform tasks while standing on concrete for a minimum of 8 hours, up to 10 hours daily.

Skills required include reading, writing, verbal communication, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, job task planning and organization, significant memory usage, information retrieval, computer proficiency, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
