Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Lynch Consultants, LLC. As a Financial Management Specialist, you will provide financial management consulting services to federal clients, analyzing and developing effective financial strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Provide financial management consulting services to federal clients
* Map and document process flows, including data, systems, and reports
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making
* Conduct financial analyses and prepare detailed performance reports
* Assess internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
* Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal controls and risk management strategies
* Collaborate with clients to understand their program needs and develop tailored solutions

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
* 4-6 years of experience in a federal or business environment
* Understanding of financial management regulations and practices
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
* Proficiency in analytic software and tools, such as Excel, Power BI, Advana, and related systems
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
