Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical planning, development, and integration of programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage the technical integrity and factory execution across programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and factory leadership, to drive technical execution and improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement technical roadmaps, product improvement plans, and other initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years experience in engineering or technical positions.
- Experience leading independent reviews of programs, including root cause and corrective action investigations.
- Experience with identifying critical staffing resources to ensure staffing plans address production and development needs.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience with the technical review and approval of all proposals and gates to ensure feasibility and ability to execute to meet cost/schedule/quality.
- Experience with Raytheon production and development programs, proven track record of sound decision making.
- Experience with developing and presenting technical briefings to Raytheon leadership and internal/external customers, ability to travel as needed.
- Experience in a cross-functional work environment with no direct reports, ability to succeed through influence and building relationships with team members.
- A competitive salary range of $118,000 - $246,000.
