Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

  • $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities

As an Elementary School Mental Health Specialist, you will work closely with students, teachers, and staff to provide mental health support and promote academic success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing student needs and developing individualized plans
  • Collaborating with teachers to implement strategies that support students' social-emotional learning
  • Providing counseling services to students individually and in groups
  • Participating in regular meetings with parents and guardians to discuss student progress

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in School Psychology or Educational Specialist degree in Psychology
  • Fully licensed in the state of Minnesota
  • Prior experience working with students preferred but not required
