  • Working with teachers, parents/guardians, district personnel, and service providers to identify effective solutions for learning and behavioral challenges, while maintaining positive public relations and a favorable organizational image.
  • Ensuring the application of positive teaching strategies by conducting monthly evaluations of classroom staff's implementation of IEP goals and PBIPs.
  • Offering guidance and support to teachers in developing classroom schedules, managing student data systems, and facilitating student transition plans to ensure alignment with each student's IEP and related objectives.
  • Monitoring student progress through consistent review of classroom data and providing necessary training and support to staff to address student needs.
  • Serving as a role model for effective teaching practices and communication, reinforcing the organization's commitment to data-driven decision-making and positive reinforcement strategies.
