Sports Medicine Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Athletic Trainer to join our team at Tulane University Staff. As an Assistant Athletic Trainer, Outreach, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sports Medicine Program.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with all aspects of the Sports Medicine Program, with a focus on outreach and community engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and organizations to provide trainer services.
- Work independently to exceed the needs of contracting organizations.
- Provide emergency management of athletic injuries and communicate effectively with physicians, coaches, athletes, parents, and peers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including NATABOC Certification and Louisiana LSBME Licensure.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Prior experience as an Athletic Trainer is highly desirable.
