Job Summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to perform a variety of duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, and checking in customer vehicles. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of collision estimating experience and a strong understanding of the repair process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write accurate and detailed estimates
  • Conduct process reviews to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork
  • Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication

Requirements

  • 2+ years of collision estimating experience, with sales experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Must be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
  • Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
