Job Summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to perform a variety of duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, and checking in customer vehicles. The successful candidate will also be responsible for completing final customer paperwork, finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write accurate and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
  • Conduct process reviews to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Check in customer vehicles and prepare them for repair
  • Complete final customer paperwork and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Finalize total loss administration and communicate with customers

Requirements

  • 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
  • Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
