Job Summary
Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, including:
- Writing accurate and detailed estimates
- Conducting process reviews to ensure quality and efficiency
- Checking in customer vehicles and completing final customer paperwork
- Finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair plan communication
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience, with sales experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process and procedures
- Strong sales orientation and ability to understand instructions, written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
