About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Warby Parker. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of service-minded professionals in executing processes and creating amazing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent and Communicate Warby Parker's Values: Share our mission and vision with customers and team members, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
  • Execute Operational Activities: Drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance to meet financial targets and customer experience goals.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and coach a team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors to achieve personal performance goals and meet company targets.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily scheduling, payroll, and store events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  • Protect Company Assets: Implement procedures to safeguard inventory, assets, and risk management, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Retail Management Experience: Proven track record of success in a complex customer-focused, operationally excellent retailer.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to build, coach, and retain a high-performing team, driving sales growth and meeting financial targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Clear, honest, and empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to make tough decisions and inspire a team.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Organized, resourceful, and willing to take calculated risks to deliver results, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
