Oscar Health is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Health Assessment Clinician to join our team.

As a key member of our Virtual Health Assessment program, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the healthcare experience for our members. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care to provide high-quality virtual health assessments and support the needs of our diverse patient population.

About the Role:

We are looking for a clinician who can conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and provide personalized treatment plans to our members. As a Virtual Health Assessment Clinician, you will also be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment strategies and improve health outcomes.
  • Cross-training into urgent care and/or virtual primary care service lines to enhance your skillset and expand your impact.
  • Providing exceptional patient care and communication through virtual platforms.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP), or Physician Assistant (PA) degree from an accredited program.
  • Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
  • Licensure in Texas and fluency in Spanish.
  • The ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.
  • At least 3 years of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care.

Bonus Points:

Your background in clinical documentation improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures will be a valuable asset. Additionally, prior experience with telemedicine and licensure in multiple states will enhance your qualifications.

Compensation and Benefits:

Oscar Health offers a competitive salary range of $104,000 - $136,500 per year, based on your skills, education, and experience. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 11 paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, a 401(k) plan, life and disability insurance, and paid wellness time and reimbursements.
